• You are responsible for arriving with a valid ticket and any required identification.

By attending a BC Voice of Kerala Entertainment event, you agree to follow venue rules and reasonable instructions from event staff and security. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner, without refund.

Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or commercial photography at events may be restricted at the discretion of BC Voice of Kerala Entertainment and our artists or venue partners.

While we make every effort to deliver events as advertised, circumstances beyond our control (including artist availability, venue issues, or matters of public safety) may require us to postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event. In such cases, we will communicate updates as soon as reasonably possible and follow applicable refund or exchange procedures.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of BC Voice of Kerala Entertainment or our licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Sponsorship enquiries submitted through our website or enquiry forms do not constitute a binding agreement. Sponsorship terms, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed only through a separate signed agreement between BC Voice of Kerala Entertainment and the sponsoring organization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BC Voice of Kerala Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability for any claim relating to a ticketed event is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including ticketing platforms, social media, and sponsor websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our website or attendance at our events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
